من يعمل فى الشحن والملاحة لابد له ......من راحة

هذه مقالة انشرها للمرة الثالثة.... كنت قد كتبتها منذ فترة ...وبما أنها لاترتبط بحدث محدد ...ولكنها مشاعر وأحاسيس تمر بوجدانى ويمكن أن تتواكب مع كثيرين غيرى ممن يعملون فى هذا المجال الشاق (الشحن والملاحة) ...
أجد بين الحين والاخر رغبة فى قرائته والتأمل فيه ...وأحببت أن تشاركونى فيه ...لعله يكون سلوانا لأخرين مثلى ...وأرجو أن ينال اعجابكم
وبالمرة نخرج شوية من مشاكل الشغل والقضايا والحوادث .....
اليكم المقالة :
من يعمل فى الملاحة ...لابد له من راحة
أكتب هذا المقال وأنا أشعر به وكلماته تنبع من داخلى , فحقيقة أشعر بهذه المعنى وهو لابد لمن يعمل فى مجال الشحن من راحة نظرا للضغوط التى نتعرض لها أما من جانب العملاء (وهو الاكبر طبعا ) أو من جانب العمل ذاته من تراكم العمل مثلا أو من أسعار يصعب عليك تلبيتها للعميل , حيث يطلب العميل منك أن تأتى بأقل سعر -ومن الجانب الاخر - مطلوب منك أن تبيع بأعلى سعر
هذا غير المشاكل التى تظهر أثناء سير الشحنات - وما أ كثرها
أنا طبعا أتكلم عمن يعملون فى شركات الشحن (forwardering) حيث أنهم يبذلون مجهودا أعتقد أنه أكثر ممن يعملون فى التوكيلات والخطوط الملاحية (هذه وجهة نظر ليس الا)
لاأريد الاطالة ولكن هذه أحاسيس ومشاعر أردت أن اتشارك مع قرائى فيها , فكثر من الاحيان يشعر الانسان براحة اذا اخرج ما بداخله
وأنا حقيقة أشعر ببعض التعب من كثرة ضغوط العمل , وحتى عندما أخذت اجازة لم أشعر بها لان اتصالات العملاء ومشاكل الشحنات التى لاتتوقف -كما تعرفون - لم تترك فرصة لنيل راحة مطلوبة للقدرة على التواصل مرة ثانية
لابد للراحة والهدوووء ..... ولكن أين لك بهذا ؟؟؟؟

اوردت جريدة الشروق أن جمارك ميناء السخنة قد أحبطت عملية تهريب جديدة قام بها أحد التجار وهى عبارة عن عملية تهريب لدخول عصى كهربائية خاصة فقط لقوات الامن
وقد تم القبض على المهربين ومن له علاقة بالقضية

MSC UK gets AEO status

MSC’s UK business has been approved by HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC) as an Authorised Economic Operator (AEO).

Recognition under the EU scheme enables businesses to have their consignments fast-tracked through customs’ controls and if a consignment is selected for examination it will receive priority over non-AEOs.

AEO’s get a lower “risk score”, which will be incorporated into HRMC's risk management systems and used to determine the frequency of customs physical and documentary checks.

AEOs are also allowed to omit certain data elements from pre-arrival and pre-departure summary declarations.

A spokesperson for HMRC said: “The AEO scheme is the way forward for businesses involved in the international supply chain.
“It shows they are committed to raising their security and safety standards, which will be of benefit to themselves, their business partners and assists in the development of their long-term relationship with HMRC."

To achieve AEO status, businesses have to prove they are compliant, safe and secure and are subject to an audit run by customs.

AEO is recognised across the whole EU and it is hoped that mutual recognition of similar systems, across other third countries, will take place in the future

28 freight forwarders under investigation

The Italian competition commission is investigating 28 freight forwarders and the national forwarding association, Fedespedi, for alleged collusion on road freight pricing.


According to JCtrans.net, the commission is accusing the parties of exchanging sensitive information and co-ordinating business strategies from at least end-2002 until September 2007.

The commission alleges that illicit agreements had taken place during "numerous and regular encounters" at Fedespedi - in particular its overland shippers section - covering road freight services to and from Italy.

The aim of the agreements was, the commission alleges, to "agree the realisation of price increases for services rendered to customers", particularly over fuel surcharges, road tolls and administrative costs.

The companies under investigation are Agility, Albinos & Pitigliani, Brigl, Cargo North, DHL, Ferrari, Francisco Parisi, Gefco, Geodis, I-Dika, Italmondo, Italsempione, ITK, ITX Cargo, Rhenus, Saima, Schenker, Sittam, Transervice and Villanova.
IFW reports that Fedespedi is co-operating with the competition authority in order to clarify whether any of the actions or agreements by the association or any of its members were liable for punishment. DHL and DB Schenker are also co-operating, although Schenker points out that an investigation does not signify guilt and the outcome should not be pre-judged.

انخفاض معدلات الشحن البحرى من الصين الى مصر

المتابع للسوق الملاحى البحرى , يرى حجم الانخفاض فى معدلات الشحن البحرى من الصين خاصة ومن الشرق الاقصى بصفة عامة , وهذا بالتاكيد من توابع الازمة العالمية التى مازلنا نعانى من توابعها
وهنا يبرز التنافس الحاد بين الخطوط الملاحية لشغل اكبر مساحة وعدد حاويات على مراكبها
ايضا مازالت الخطوط الملاحية حتى هذه اللحظة تحاول الاحتفاظ بالاسعار الحالية وعدم انزلاقها الى الادنى , وهذا مادعا بعض الخطوط الملاحية الى الاتجاه الى اسلوب الهجوم بأن تعلن عن زيادة فى معدلات الشحن الوارد من الشرق الاقصى الى ميناء دمياط بزيادة قدرها 250 دولا للحاوية ال 20 قدم وضعفها للحاوية ال 40 قدم , وذلك فى محاولة منها للاحتفاظ بمعدلات الاسعار وخاصة اننا على بوادر الاشهر الفقيرة فى مجال الشحن تبدأ أسعار الشحن فى الانخفاض حتى شهر فبراير او مارس فى العام التالى
